Three products, one connected system

A session booked on the platform can be interpreted live, streamed through the API into your own app, and billed, all from the same record.

AI interpreting

Live speech-to-speech and speech-to-text interpretation for meetings, hearings and events. Run it on its own, or alongside human interpreters when the stakes call for it.

  • Listeners join by QR code, no app to install
  • Glossaries for names, case terms and product language
  • Human interpreter takeover on any channel

Communication APIs

Put interpretation, translation and transcripts inside the tools your teams already use: your telehealth app, your case management system, your event platform.

  • Create a multilingual session with one request
  • Stream interpreted audio and captions to your app
  • Webhooks when a transcript or invoice is ready

Operations platform

The back office for language work. Bookings, interpreter scheduling, equipment, transcripts and billing live in one place, so nothing falls between email threads.

  • See every session, language and interpreter on one schedule
  • Assign human interpreters, AI, or both per channel
  • Invoice straight from the completed session

  1. Step 1

    Book the session

Tell us the date, the languages and the format: on site, online or hybrid.

    Match the channels

Each language gets AI, a human interpreter, or both, with your glossary loaded.

  3. Step 3

    Run it live

Listeners pick their channel. Our operators watch quality for the whole session.

  4. Step 4

    Get the record

Transcripts in every language, a session report and the invoice, the same day.

Where a misheard word costs the most

Legal

Hearings, depositions, claims reviews and client meetings, with case terms held in a shared glossary.

Healthcare

Consultations and patient communication where both sides need to be sure they understood.

Business

Board meetings, negotiations and town halls for teams that work across countries.

Government and events

Summits, ministerial meetings and conferences with many languages running at once.

Built by people who run language operations

For 11 years we have delivered interpreting and translation for legal, healthcare and business teams, and learned exactly where language work breaks down.

Communica turns that experience into technology: AI interpreting, communication APIs and the operations platform, built as one connected system.

Questions before you book

Which languages can you cover?

AI interpreting runs live in more than 40 languages. For a language pair or subject outside that list, we add human interpreters to the session. Put the pairs you need in the quotation form and we will confirm coverage.

When should we use AI, human interpreters, or both?

AI suits routine meetings, training and large audiences. Human interpreters suit high-stakes moments such as hearings, medical consultations and negotiations. Many sessions use both: AI on most channels, with a human interpreter on the channels that matter most or ready to take over.

How do listeners join a session?

Each listener scans a QR code or opens a link on their own phone, then picks their language channel. There is no app to install.

Does it work for online and hybrid meetings?

Yes. Sessions run on site, online or hybrid, so people in the room and people joining remotely hear the same channels. To build interpretation into your own product, use the communication APIs.

What do we receive after the session?

A transcript in every language used, a session report and the invoice, delivered the same day.

Request a quotation

Tell us about the session. We reply within one working day with a quote and a recommended setup.
